Live Band Schedule
April – May 2014
138 West 29th Street, New York, NY 212-714-2222 Fun casual vibe with a great bar (and bartenders), giant Jenga, board games, pinball and on Monday nights East Coast to add to the mayhem. With Gordon Dukes (former member of Kool & the Gang and producer/singer with Shaggy) at the helm, East Coast will play two sets of party/dance music to showcase the band for catered events. Besides checking out the band we are hoping you will consider Pioneers as a fun place for an engagement party or wedding after party. This is a cool spacious venue, unique for the area. Check it out!
1020 Park Blvd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 Phone:(516) 798-1555 Maggie’s has developed into a great spot for us. Things start of laid back for a few songs as diners finish their delicious meals but things ramp up quickly. A really eclectic crowd of mixed ages; everyone’s goal seems to party, dance and have a great time. Last visit we reconnecting with a bunch of past clients and found a few new ones! This last minute addition to our schedule will feature Big Mike with an All Star cast including veteran East Coast guitarist Gus Gazetas
151 Bleecker, St, New York, NY 10012 212-260-9797 A great, relaxed Village venue to view the band in action and see different sides of our personality. The evening starts off with a fun acoustic act (Martin & Craig) around 8pm. This is a good time to come down and chat with the band as East Coast (nine pieces) waits to take the stage with an eclectic mix/showcase set around 8:45pm . For those who may be checking us out for a wedding, our 8:45 start on a Tuesday is a bit early for heavy dancing but towards the end of our set we are often able to shift into full dance mode.
2701 Merrick Road Bellmore, NY 11710-5716 (516) 221-3416 – East Coast We play “unplugged” for the dinner crowd initially but things shift to dance music quickly. The food is excellent; join us for dinner and everybody wins! Be sure to mention East Coast when making a reservation. Full band show: 1st SET WEDDING SHOWCASE.
26 Front St, Newburgh, NY 12550 (845) 565-1560 Big Mike is the focal point for this show at a new venue for us. From what we hear, there is a huge built in crowd and beautiful views of the Hudson inside and out. Mike makes ribs that are off the chain so we’re sure he will be comparing recipe secrets with the chef.
1215 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10065 (212) 439-0660 – Our home base! Special show! Lynda and Gordon Dukes hold down the fort. Mixed crowd with tons of energy. We will undoubtedly be trying out some new tunes and dusting off some old ones. This should be a lot of fun all around. Friday’s band showcase set begins at 10:45 PM but we will continue performing until 2:45AM. Our O’Flanagan’s performances have evolved into a place where our clients (past, present and future) share perceptions and experiences. Past clients enjoying a night on the town are usually more than willing to share their “East Coast” memories with all who may be interested!
Special show. Big Mike joins the full band for this show so we will incorporate some of his originals (including his single “Who’s Gonna Love You More”). We’ll also be doing some favorites from his time on American Idol….and it’s all free. Who could ask for more? Big Mike will be joined by Camille, the horns and an All Star rhythm section.
319 Woodcleft Ave, Freeport, NY 11520 516-378-6575 Eartley, Jacquie, Mike and the rhythm section will be performing! Fun spot with live music and an outdoor bar and eating area right on the water; great scenery and atmosphere here. “Boaters love this place because you can dock and dine to start your Nautical Mile experience, or just stay there till the end”. As always, weather permitting!
