Each affair that we play at includes great songs that are not your typical wedding band fare. We love to entertain the guests at every wedding or even that we perform at. What separates us from other wedding bands is how we can play Dave Mathews, Frank Sinatra, The Drifters, Kanye West, Marvin Gaye, Journey and The Cure all in one set and still make it work. All of us at East Coast pride ourselves in not being easily categorized.
At East Coast one of our philosophies is that variety keeps our music fresh and energetic. For over three decades East Coast has played at thousands of performances throughout the tri-state area and beyond. Our performances have included weddings, corporate parties, fundraisers, country club functions, nightclubs and even as an opening act for major recording artists.
Wedding couples have been and are so confident in East Coast’s ability to entertain that they have performed at upscale weddings held at the Four Seasons (Boston), The Plaza and Hotel Pierre (NYC), the Chevy Chase Club (outside Washington, D.C.) and other locations as well as New York’s Grand Central Station. When you hire East Coast for your wedding it brings a level of sophistication and elegance that is not possible with a D.J. or other wedding bands.
