We perform at Anniversaries, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Corporate Events, Eco-Friendly / Green Weddings, Holiday Parties, LGBT Weddings / Ceremonies and even Proms. East Coast was established in 1977 and the band includes 12 members. We play all genres of music ranging from 50’s to 90’s, Acoustic, Blues, Pop, Punk Rock, Reggae, Rock, Soul, Swing and so much more!

 

You can be sure that with East Coast is fully insured at all venues and events. Our band’s attire is formal (Black Jacket, shirt and tie or tuxedo) unless instructed otherwise. We have monthly live showcases/public performances on LI, the boroughs and in NYC. We encourage all to attend but have live footage at www.youtube.com/eastcoastband for those out of state or with tight schedules. We have been asked time and time again “Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know?” Yes! (within reason). If by chance we don?t know a wedding song or dedication, we have no problem adding it to our repertoire if we are given adequate notice. We usually ask that you allow us 30 days to properly prepare.

At East Coast one of our philosophies is that variety keeps our music fresh and energetic. For over three decades East Coast has played at thousands of performances throughout the tri-state area and beyond. Our performances have included weddings, corporate parties, fundraisers, country club functions, nightclubs and even as an opening act for major recording artists.

 

Wedding couples have been and are so confident in East Coast’s ability to entertain that they have performed at upscale weddings held at the Four Seasons (Boston), The Plaza and Hotel Pierre (NYC), the Chevy Chase Club (outside Washington, D.C.) and other locations as well as New York’s Grand Central Station.
